Cross Collar Choke Variation Off Shot Defense

I have no idea who Keiko Akamine is, but she’s demonstrating a cool collar choke variation here. Anything off a sprawl from a shot is good because you encounter it quite a lot. Seems like you could come up to knee on belly here and make it even more brutal – or work for a same side armlock. Anyone use this?
