If you play deep half at all you know how important it is to not let your opponent get a hold of your far side arm for attacks and counters. Jeff Glover shows us a great way to counter when your opponent gets a step ahead of you and gets your arm. Make sure to pay attention to the foot and hand positioning so you can effectively kick off the leg and come up.
