Peek out, sit through, whatever you want to call it you better do it. Turtling up and waiting for your opponent to spin around on your back is a bad idea unless your name is Telles. Here Joe “Diesel” Riggs and UFC LW Champion Benson “Smooth” Henderson show the proper technique to escape the sprawl pressure and finish your takedown.
