Half Guard Pry Pass To Lapel Choke
You get an awesome two for one on this instructional. The first part of the technique is a nice pry pass using a solid Gi lapel grip and shoulder pressure. Notice how he walks his arm forward. Once you’ve passed, continue with the grip and shoulder pressure until you can feed your own lapel across for the choke setup. For the finish, you don’t have to do the roll, but it definitely tightens it up quickly.
