Keylock Overwrap Variation From Bottom Full Guard

The first time I hit this it was totally by accident. I was working the overwrap series where you trap your opponent’s arm and work for the triangle, armbar, omoplata sequence. When my opponent tried to dead arm his way out we found ourselves here and instinct told me to torque it. Make sure you slide your hip clamp in and extend with that knee while torquing up, it helps.
