It happens a lot whether your opponent shoots a low single, you are attempting to stand, or it happens from open guard. When they grab a hold of your leg you usually on have a second to react before you get knee tapped or they do something like swing under to deep half. So here are a couple simple options predicated on getting your trapped foot to the outside, From there you have options.
