There’s a number of things you can do when your opponent is working for a single and it hits the mat. Here’s one more that is pretty inventive. It’s definitely got some risk involved with the roll under, and by no means looks like a sure thing, but for someone out there this will fit right into their game. Maybe that’s you and that’s why we’re sharing. Let us know if you use this.

    No one with good technique would single leg somene with their head on the outside!

      Not everyone has good technique, and if you sprawl hard it’s not unlikely that their head would poke out.
