If you don’t play the overhook game in full guard you are missing out on some really cool and dominating submissions and attacks. Here Stan Beck shows three very useful armbar variations that you can get, all predicated on securing your opponents arm with the overhook. There are a few more you can rip from this position too, it’s a smorgasbord of joint pain.
